"24/7 truck parking" gets typed into a phone a lot in the Permian — usually at 11 p.m. by somebody whose clock just ran out. The problem is that half the places that answer to that phrase mean "there's a lot and nobody will run you off," not "you can get in, get a shower, and sleep with the doors unlocked." Here's what 24/7 should mean, and what it means at CADD.
24/7 means the gate opens at 3 a.m.
Round-the-clock access is the whole point. At CADD Truck Parking the gates are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with cameras running the entire time. You reserve online, you get your assigned space number, and you pull in whenever the day ends — no office hours, no waiting on a call-back to get a code. The restroom keypad code comes through as soon as your payment is received, and IronHauler members carry their own key to the showers.
"Secure" means fenced, gated, watched — and assigned
Plenty of yards are open ground with a sign. Ours is fully fenced with gated entry points and 24/7 camera coverage across the lot. Every space is numbered and assigned to you, which matters more than it sounds: nobody parks in your spot while you're on a run, nobody blocks you in, and there's no jockeying for a place to shut down at midnight. Your personal vehicle can sit in your assigned space too, or in the personal-vehicle parking by the pre-trip station and the exit gate.
What's on the lot
- Hot showers — private and clean. Pay-as-you-go at $1 a minute on the Trailblazer plan, or unlimited on IronHauler.
- Laundry on site — commercial washers and dryers, so a 34-hour reset doesn't include hunting for a laundromat.
- Driver lounge — WiFi, satellite TV, coffee, vending, microwave, clean restrooms.
- Grill and picnic area — gas and charcoal grills with tables.
- Pre-trip stations — air for your tires and room to walk your rig.
- Pets welcome — leashed and attended.
Showers, laundry, vending, and the air stations take coins or in-app payment through PayRange, and PayRange purchases earn points toward free laundry days and showers.
What it costs
Two plans, four ways to pay:
- Trailblazer — $25 a day, $75 a week, $180 a month, or $1,800 a year. Showers at $1 per minute.
- IronHauler — $40 a day, $125 a week, $350 a month, or $3,500 a year. Unlimited showers, 24/7 shower access with your own key.

Midland or Odessa?
We're at 4500 E County Road 130 on the southeast side of Midland, zip 79706 — a straight shot on I-20 if you're coming from Odessa, and easy off the highway either direction. Five truck fuel stations sit within a three-mile radius, and plenty of local technicians serve our customers; their cards are in the lounge and most parts vendors deliver right to the lot.
